Study on Surface Roughness Improvement of Selective Laser Melted Ti6Al4V Alloy

چکیده

To improve the surface quality of Ti6Al4V parts formed by selective laser melting (SLM), this paper systematically studies effects power, scanning speed and inclination angle on different morphology roughness parts. On basis, effect remelting multi-layer profile process strategies improving is explored. The upper varies parabolically with increasing line energy density, density value that minimizes around 0.22 J/mm, minimum Ra 4.41 μm. lower sides increases significantly increase in speed. As increases, gradually decreases, which caused combined influence powder adhesion step effect. strategy can reduce 35.68% its to 2.65 side vertical more than 50%, down 5.10 μm 4.61 μm, respectively.
